• Order confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp to the phone number provided at checkout.
• You must provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and include applicable taxes.
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and card payments via Tap Payments.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order placement is final.
• For COD orders, payment must be made in full to the delivery agent upon receipt.

4. Delivery

• Delivery is currently available within Qatar.
• Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
• Delivery fees, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

5. Digital Products

• Digital codes and products are delivered via WhatsApp once payment is confirmed.
• Digital products are non-refundable once the code has been delivered.
• Please ensure your WhatsApp is active and accessible before placing a digital order.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Physical products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
• To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.
