3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and include applicable taxes.
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and card payments via Tap Payments.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order placement is final.
- For COD orders, payment must be made in full to the delivery agent upon receipt.
4. Delivery
- Delivery is currently available within Qatar.
- Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
- Delivery fees, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.
5. Digital Products
- Digital codes and products are delivered via WhatsApp once payment is confirmed.
- Digital products are non-refundable once the code has been delivered.
- Please ensure your WhatsApp is active and accessible before placing a digital order.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Physical products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
- To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.
